Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Kove Komputing processes personal data for KOVE Super Agent at kovesuperagent.com.

KOVE Super Agent is designed around data minimisation, dedicated customer runtimes, low-PII operational logs, and explicit confirmation before sensitive external actions.

2. Data controller

Kove Komputing, represented by KHIKO ENP S. Contaldo, is the controller for account, subscription, support, and service-operation data.

Address: 13 Boulevard Princesse Charlotte — DCS, MC 98000 Monaco, Principality of Monaco

Email: info@kovekomputing.com

3. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • account email and authentication state;
  • plan, subscription, entitlement, invoice, and payment status;
  • Telegram connection status and hashed routing references;
  • runtime provisioning and health state for your dedicated assistant;
  • connector catalog, entitlement, connection status, safe labels, granted scope names, and hashed account references;
  • support messages and low-PII diagnostic evidence you choose to provide;
  • security, audit, and operational events needed to run the service;
  • privacy-preserving website analytics events if analytics is explicitly enabled for the public website.

KOVE does not store card numbers. KOVE does not store raw provider access tokens or refresh tokens in KOVE SQL. Connected-account data is minimised to what is needed to route authorised work, verify state, and audit safely.

4. Connected account content

If you connect external accounts such as email, calendar, contacts, documents, or workspace tools, KOVE processes authorised data only to provide the requested assistant functionality.

Content from connected accounts is not used for advertising. Operational logs and dashboard data should not contain raw email bodies, calendar content, document contents, payment URLs, tokens, raw chat IDs, or provider payloads.

You can disconnect a connector from your dashboard at any time, which stops KOVE from using that connected account. You can also revoke KOVE's permissions directly with the account provider.

5. Google API disclosure

KOVE Super Agent uses Google API services to provide advanced email-management functionality. KOVE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use Google account and Gmail data:

  • Google identity access (openid, email, profile): we use these scopes to identify the Google Account you connect, show the connected account label back to you, and prevent duplicate account connections.
  • Gmail read access (gmail.readonly): we access your email content only to allow KOVE Super Agent to analyse information needed for your requests, such as extracting tasks or preparing summaries.
  • Gmail compose access (gmail.compose): we use this permission to create drafts or send email only at your explicit request and under your control.

Security and privacy guarantees for Google API data:

  • No advertising use: we do not use data obtained from Google APIs for advertising purposes or to create marketing user profiles.
  • No human access: Kove Komputing personnel do not read the content of your emails unless you give explicit consent for a specific technical-support issue.
  • No sale or unrelated third-party transfer: we do not sell or transfer your Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide the core app functionality you have activated.

6. Website analytics

GA4 website analytics are disabled by default in the production build unless KOVE explicitly configures a public Google Analytics measurement id. When enabled, the site initializes Google Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, does not emit raw emails, profile ids, payment references, connector ids, provider payloads, or message contents in analytics events, and does not use analytics for advertising personalization unless a separate consent and policy update allow it.

7. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • provide the assistant, runtime, Telegram routing, dashboard, and connectors;
  • process subscription billing and entitlement state;
  • secure the service and prevent abuse;
  • measure public website usage when analytics is explicitly enabled;
  • provide support and diagnose incidents;
  • comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Where GDPR or similar law applies, legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent where you connect third-party accounts.

8. Service providers and subprocessors

KOVE uses trusted service providers only as needed to operate the service. They may include:

  • Azure: control plane, application hosting, database, telemetry, and related infrastructure;
  • Hetzner: dedicated customer runtime hosting where selected;
  • CoreByCarlo: checkout and subscription payment processing;
  • Telegram: messaging channel used to interact with the assistant;
  • Composio: hosted connector authorisation and connector backend where selected;
  • Google and Microsoft: connected-account providers when you authorise their services;
  • Google Analytics, when explicitly enabled: privacy-preserving public website analytics under default-denied consent mode;
  • AI model providers such as Azure Foundry/OpenAI-compatible endpoints used to power assistant responses.

Providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Retention

We retain account, billing, entitlement, operational, and support records only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

After cancellation, operational data may be retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion subject to legal retention obligations and technical feasibility.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your data, including HTTPS, access controls, secret isolation, hashed references where possible, low-PII logs, and separation between customer runtimes.

No system is perfectly secure. If we identify a security incident that affects your personal data, we will assess and notify as required by applicable law.

11. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Monaco, the European Economic Area, or your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and standard transfer mechanisms.

12. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for a connected account by disconnecting the connector from your dashboard, or by revoking the relevant permissions with the provider.

To exercise rights, contact info@kovekomputing.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means such as email, in-app notice, or website publication.
